1-2-1 Sessions provide a more personal approach to your yoga practice in the comfort of your own home.

What are the benefits of 1-2-1 private yoga sessions?

A private yoga session is a fantastic way to give yourself some self-care and focus on your wellbeing. It also  eases or reduces the stress or intimidation experienced by beginners when attending large group, practicing with yoga with Claire will allow  you to develop your practice and focus on specific issues.

With our expertly crafted yoga,  breathwork, and mindfulness sessions designed with office workers in mind. Our fun and accessible classes incorporate movement, breathwork and guided relaxation. You can expect playful sequences and lots of feel-good stretches to ease tension and create space in the shoulders, spine and hips. All of our classes are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned yogis.

In fact,  research has recently found workplace yoga to be THE best relaxation technique for office workers to reduce occupational stress. We’ve worked with  clients virtually (worldwide) or in-person across the UK

These retreats are small groups of people where we escape to the Algarve for an ultimate  yoga and wellness retreat that will leave you feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and relaxed! This is going to be a transforming few days with daily yoga classes, enriching workshops, meditation, breathwork- and sound healing sessions, etc. In combination with the beauty of the surrounding nature, the facilities, the relaxing vibes, and the amazing energy of the Algarve it will be just magic!

Reiki Healing

Reiki is a type of energy healing. Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness.

Reiki aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. As a Reiki practioner I believe that improving the flow of energy around the body can enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness.

Some people with cancer also use reiki alongside their treatment, as a complementary therapy.

A little bit about me

I first discovered yoga in my 30’s whilst living in Portugal. I had, had my two boys Jack and Harry and struggled with my mental health after giving birth.

Yoga calmed and bought balance back helping me reset and focus not only on myself but my family too!

After 10 years we decided to move back to Lincolnshire to be close to our families, but we soon got back into the daily grind of groundhog day and my yoga practice stopped taking me back to a place of feeling lost and disconnected!

That dreaded time of covid gave me the time to take up my yoga practice up once again and I soon realised that it was that I was missing!

So two years ago I decided to do my Yoga Teacher Training in Spain where I qualified as a Teacher.
